About the Role
We are a custom manufacturer of cabinetry for residential interiors looking to hire a marketing specialist, to take care of our marketing department and help our company grow.
At Abacus Cabinetry our motto is “Build Beyond the Box” which means providing workmanship that will stand the test of time while creating interesting spaces for all to admire. In an ideal candidate, we are looking for someone who:
Has a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Is bilingual (English & Spanish) so they can communicate with our spanish speaking clients.
Enjoys working in a small company and is motivated to help it grow.
Has good interpersonal skills to communicate with our small team.
Is flexible and team oriented.
Has good photography, graphic design, and web design skills.
Has experience running both digital and print marketing campaigns.
Being able to communicate effectively and in a manner that is respectful is also a requirement to joining our team for the long term.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Applicants will be required to perform many tasks. Including, but not limited to:
Work with the executive team to set the marketing strategy for the business.
Research and analyze market trends and competitors.
Design, run, and oversee digital and print marketing campaigns.
Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the executive team.
Create tools to enhance communication with clients: surveys, forms, project completion packets.
Manage social media and content creation.
Manage and update the company’s website (this includes applying SEO strategies.
Design and submit award applications.

Our capabilities range from European designs for a modern look to traditional cabinetry with face frames for all areas of your space. Because we're custom, they have the ability to add wall paneling, hidden doors, and unique functional accessories and features.
