About the Role
We are a custom manufacturer of cabinetry for both residential and commercial spaces looking for a professional cabinet/trim installer to join our team.

Enjoys working with their hands and is willing to help wherever necessary to achieve a high quality finished product for our clients.
Is committed to detail, continually interested in improving their skills as a cabinet installer.
Has good interpersonal skills to communicate with our small team.
Is flexible and team oriented.
Has experience in installing cabinetry and/or finish carpentry
Is able to interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no major driving infractions in the last 5 years
This position is a physical job where the need to lift and or maneuver the cabinets around on a daily basis so being in a good physical condition would be beneficial to a long term career with us.
This position is mostly unsupervised so being able to problem solve on the job site is crucial.
A basic understanding of the construction process can go a long way with the success of this role. It is very common that we are needing to take into consideration the trades that will be affected before, during and after our install.
Being able to communicate effectively and in a manner that is respectful is also a requirement to joining our team for the long term.
We are willing to provide training to applicants who may not possess all of the skills required, but should have extensive knowledge on the tools of the trade which are as follows:
Tape measure (This is a non-negotiable item. You need to know how to read a tape measure!)
Drills
Miter saw
Circular saw/track saw
Jig saw
Biscuit Joiner
Level
Nail guns
Planer
Various styles of clamps
Squares
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Applicants will be required to perform many tasks. Including, but not limited to:
Perform cabinet install, quality control and job-site cleanliness.
Interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications.
Manage time and clock in and out daily for jobs and breaks.
This position is a physical job where the need to lift and or maneuver the cabinets around on a daily basis.
This position is mostly unsupervised so being able to problem solve on the job site is crucial.
Take into consideration the trades that will be affected before, during and after our install.
Communicate effectively and in a manner that is respectful is also a requirement to joining our team for the long term.
